The New York Times Company reported a $335,000 first-quarter loss on Thursday. Perhaps, it's time for us to give up free content and start paying the newspaper (kindle ?). If subscription income can maintain NYT, we might eventually free ourselves from commercial interests influences. Having unbiased news source is essentially to democracy.
