Realty Development Associates is reporting a 35% increase in sales at a time when the housing market and building has been declining. This trend is very appealing on the South Shore and Cape Cod where valuable land is often difficult to find. The tear down-rebuild is popular with the newly retired age group.

You will note that oil prices have fallen since the original post on this thread. Well, they will keep falling (or rather the trend will continue down, as there is always the possibility of volatility on the way down). The prediction in the linked article is about $60 in 2 years time.

Heller Ehrman partners will vote to dissolve the firm on Friday. The news was announced by Chairman Matt Larrabee at a Thursday meeting, according to a Heller staffer. Larrabee told all attorneys and staff that dissolution is unavoidable and that the partnership will voluntarily dissolve. Cal Law will have more information as it becomes available.
